Receta Potato And Corn Chowder

Ingredientes
- 3 tbsp. minced bacon
- 4 tbsp. minced onion
- 2 c. diced raw potatoes
- 2 c. water
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 c. lowfat milk
- 2 c. grated carrots
- 2 c. frzn corn
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
Direcciones
- Brown bacon and onion in frying pan. Add in potatoes and water and cook about 20 min. Heat butter in pan over low heat. Add in flour and seasonings, mixing well. Add in lowfat milk. Cook till slightly thickened. Add in corn, carrot and potato mix. Heat and serve. Serves 4 to 6.
