Receta Potato Latkes
Ingredientes
- 1 lg. potato
- 1/2 onion
- 2 T flour
- 2 T fresh parsley, minced
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 5 T instant dry lowfat milk
- Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Grate potato and drain liquid. Grate onion. Put together potato, onion, flour, parsley, egg whites, salt, pepper, and lowfat milk. Drop spoonsful of batter into hot oil in a frying pan, flatten with the back of a spoon, and brown well on both sides. Serve with applesauce or possibly lowfat sour cream to top with.
