- 6 diced potatoes
- 6 (2") onions, diced
- 1 tbsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 c. butter, melted
- Salt & pepper to taste

- Prepare stuffing according to package instructions. Add in remainder of ingredients, mixing well. Especially good with venison or possibly elk.
