Receta Potato Pancakes Or Potato Cakes

Ingredientes
- 2 lb Potatoes *
- 1 med onion *
- 2 x Large eggs
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- Â Â Vegetable oil for frying
Direcciones
- Soak potatoes in the water for 10 min; drain and squeeae dry in a kitchen towel. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except the oil; mix thoroughly. Pour oil into a large skillet to a depth of 1/8 inch;Place ofer medium heat. For each pancake, pour 1/2 c. potato mix into the pan; flatten slightly. Cook about 6 min till crispy and brown, turning once. Repeat with more oil and remaining potato mix. Serve with lowfat sour cream and applesauce, if you like.
