Receta Premium Burguer Kebab
Ingredientes
- 1kg of beef tenderloin "Cantabria en tu boca"
- 6 hamburger buns
- 5 cloves garlic
- cream 100ml
- 1 spring onion
- 8 sheets of mint
- 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
- 1 Greek yogurt
- 150 grams of lettuce
- 3 tomatoes
- 6 slices of cream cheese "Cantabria en tu boca"
- olive oil, pepper, parsley and salt.
Direcciones
- Peel the garlic and scalding on water. The water is removed, in the same pan and add the cream with the garlic, salt, pepper in over low heat during seven minutes. Then it is crushed.
- Add salt and pepper to the sirloin and put in the oven medium heat for 10 minutes. Then taken out and wrap in aluminum foil for 15 minutes. Finally it is cut into thin slices.
- Chop the onion with mint and parsley. This is mixed with yogurt and mayonnaise.
- Toasted bagels, cut into strips while the lettuce and tomato.
- The sauce smeared bagels, lettuce, tomato and pieces of meat gets finally the cream cheese is added and covered with the bun.
