Receta Pueblo Pinto Bean Soup

Ingredientes
- 3 can (15 ounce) pinto beans
- 2 can (16 ounce) chicken broth
- 1 med Onion
- 1 c. Corn, (optional)
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Grnd coriander
- 3 x Cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/2 x Sliced dry or possibly fresh red chile pod, (seeds removed)
- 1 c. Cubed cooked ham
- Â Â Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- In a large skillet or possibly dutch oven, saute/fry onion in oil or possibly butter till clear.
- Stir in all remaining ingredients. Simmer on medium heat, stirring occasionally till flavors are well blended, about 35 min.
