Receta Pumpkin Banana Nut Bread

Ingredientes

  • 4 c. all-purpose flour
  • 4 tsp baking pwdr
  • 4 tsp grnd cinnamon
  • 2 tsp grnd ginger
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 3/4 c. (15 ounces) canned pumpkin
  • 4 lrg Large eggs
  • 1 c. granulated sugar
  • 1 c. packed brown sugar
  • 1 c. (about 2 medium) mashed very ripe bananas
  • 3/4 c. vegetable oil
  • 1 c. minced walnuts

Direcciones

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350 F. Grease and flour two 9 x 5 inch loaf pans. COMBINE flour, baking pwdr, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda and salt in medium bowl. Combine pumpkin, Large eggs, granulated sugar, brown sugar, bananas and vegetable oil in large mixer bowl; beat till smooth. Gradually beat in flour mix; stir in nuts. Spoon into prepared loaf pans.
  2. BAKE for 55 to 60 min or possibly till wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean. Cold in pans on wire racks for 10 min; remove to wire racks to cold completely.
