  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 teaspoon scurry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonsalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  • 3 cupschicken broth
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin
  • 1 1/2 cupsevaporated milk

Direcciones

  1. Melt margarine and cook onion and garlic.
  2. Stir in the curry, salt, and pepper and cook for one minute.

    I have made a similar recipe since 2003, and there are so many variations of pumpkin soup, but with this fall seasonal favorite, it is great no matter how it is made.
