Ingredientes
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 32 gingersnap cookies, crushed
- 3 T brown sugar
- 6 T butter, melted
- Filling:
- 3 (8 oz. each) packages cream cheese, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 cup canned pumpkin
- 1/4 cup eggnog
- 3 T flour
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1/2 t each ground ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/4 t ground allspice
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- Topping:
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 3 T sugar
- 1/4 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping, warmed
