- 3 T flour
- 2 T maple syrup
- 1/2 t each ground ginger, cinnamon and nutmeg
- 1/4 t ground allspice
- 3 eggs, slightly beaten
- Topping:
- 1 cup (8 oz) sour cream
- 3 T sugar
- 1/4 t vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup caramel ice cream topping, warmed
