Receta Pureed Green Bean Soup

Ingredientes
- 1 can Green beans (#303) Or possibly)))
- 1 pkt Frzn green beans, unthawed
- 1 x Beef bouillon cube
- Â Â Lowfat sour cream
- 1 sm Onion, sliced
- 2 c. Chicken broth
- 2 ounce Cheddar cheese, grated
- Â Â Salt & pepper to taste
- Â Â Worcestershire to taste
Direcciones
- Cook beans, onion and broth together, add in bouillon cube. Puree in blender while warm, season with salt, pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
- Divide cheese in bottoms of 4 soup c., add in soup and garnish with lowfat sour cream.
