Receta quiche lorraine
Ingredientes
- 1 9" pie crust
- 6 slices bacon, crisped (I prefer applewood smoked from Whole Foods)
- 3/4 cup Gruyere cheese, grated
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup cream
- salt
- pepper
- nutmeg
Direcciones
- Par bake pie crust for 10 minutes
- crumble bacon into pie crust
- sprinkle grated gruyere on top of bacon
- combine eggs, cream, pinch of salt, pepper and nutmeg and pour into pie shell
- bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes (tested will come out clean when inserted into center of quiche
