Ingredientes
- 2 c. Chiles in any form, dry or possibly fresh, to taste.
- 1 pch chili pwdr
- 1 pch cumin
- 1 pch oregano
- 1 pch coriander
- 1 pch salt, to taste
- 2 c. chicken broth
- 1 x 8-ounce can of tomato sauce (if using puree, dilute with more chicken broth)
- 1 sm onion, sliced
- 1 clv garlic, sliced
Direcciones
- Saute/fry onions and garlic in butter in medium sauce pan, add in remaining ingredients and cook on low heat uncovered until right consistency (30-50 min).
