Receta Quick Apricot Pecan Bars

Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. dry apricots
- 1 1/2 c. cool water
- 1 c. flour
- 1/3 c. granulated sugar
- 1/3 c. butter
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1/2 c. minced pecans
- 1/2 c. confectioners sugar to roll in after cold
Direcciones
- Boil apricots and water 15 min.Mix 1 cup flour, 1/3 cup sugar and butter till crumbly. Press into greased cookie sheet. Bake 15 min at 350.
- Beat large eggs, salt, brown sugar, extract, baking pwdr. Add in pecans. Pour over crumb mix. Bake 30 min at 350. Cool, cut into bars, roll into confectioners' sugar.
