Ingredientes
- 1 box brownie mix
- 1 c. nonfat yogurt plain or possibly vanilla
- Â Â or possibly 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk & 1/2 c. yogurt
- Â Â water if necessary

- (I buy the least expensive brand-often plain label which only costs 75 cents per box. Do not buy the low-fat kind. Fudgy brownie mix okay as long as it doesn't have a seperate packet of fudge, etc.)
- Mix (may add in a drop of water if you think it is necessary, but generally not) and pour in a 8x8 baking dish which has been sprayed with non-stick agent (I frequently skip the spray). Bake at 350 for 25 to 35 min.
- Check for doneness by inserting a toothpick in the middle and pulling it out clean.
- I frequently double this recipe as follows
- 2 boxes inexpensive brownie mix2 c. non-fat plain or possibly vanilla yogurtscant 1/4 c. or possibly less fat-free lowfat milk
- Mix, pour in a 9x13 glass baking dish. Bake 60 min. Cold slightly and serve with fat-free frzn yogurt.
- The fat-free yogurt replaces the oil, egg, and water which the box may call for.
- Yummmm. Our favorite non-fruit containing dessert.
