Receta Quick French Onion Soup

Ingredientes
- 3 cans beef broth
- 3 onions
- 1 sm. can mushrooms
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1/2 loaf French (sliced)
- 1 c. Mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- Saute onions and mushrooms in butter till tender, about 25 min. Add in broth and one can of water to each can of soup. Simmer. Heat cheese over toasted bread (in bowls) and pour hot soup over bread.
