Ingredientes

  • 1/2 c. Butter /margerine
  • 2 c. Sugar
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 5 x 6 Tbls. Cocoa pwdr
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 x 3 c. oats
  • 1 c. Shreaded coconut.

Direcciones

  1. In a saucepan, boil (2 1/2 minutes.) butter, sugar, lowfat milk, & cocoa. Remove from heat. Add in vanilla, oats, and cocoanut (Stir it in quickly!) Drop on wax paper to harden- appx. 1/2 hour.
  2. **note** Try NOT to eat all of the batter before it cools. The result is a tummy ache which disturbs the full enjoyment of the finished product (at least for an hour.) And you would have to make more batter!!!!
