Receta Chicken Nut Bites

Ingredientes
- 1 c. Chicken broth
- 1/2 c. Butter
- 2 tsp Seasoned salt
- 2 tsp Worcestershire
- 3/4 tsp Celery seed
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 can (5-ounce) chicken, deboned, liquid removed and minced
- 1 c. Flour
- 1 Tbsp. Snipped parsley
- 1/2 tsp Paprika
- 4 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Minced, toasted almonds
Direcciones
- In saucepan, combine chicken broth and butter; bring to a boil. Stir in flour, parsley, salt, Wrocestershire, celery seed, paprika and cayenne.
- Cook, beating rapidly, till mix leaves sides of pan and forms a smooth, compact ball. Remove from heat. Add in Large eggs, one at a time, beating well after each additioin, till mix is shiny. Stir in chicken and almonds. Drop by a rounded tsp. onto an ungreased baking sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 min or possibly till brown.
- Makes 75 balls.
