Receta Raspberry Creme Brulee

Ingredientes
- 150 gm raspberries, fresh or possibly frzn
- 600 ml cream
- 3/4 c. Nestle Sweetened Condensed Lowfat milk
- 1 Tbsp. Cointreau, optional
- 1/4 c. Nestle Coconut Lowfat milk Pwdr
- 1 Tbsp. cornflour
- 3 x egg yolks
- 1Â 1/2 Tbsp. brown sugar
Direcciones
- Divide raspberries between 6 - 1/2 c. individual serving dishes, set aside. Combine next 5 ingredients in a pan, bring to boil over medium heat stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in yolks. Spoon mix proportionately over raspberries, cover and chill till cool. Sift brown sugar over brulee, place under warm grill till sugar is melted.
- Chill 15 min before serving.
