Ingredientes
- 2 c. Sugar
- 1 c. Light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. Water
- 1/2 c. Red cinnamon candies
- 1 tsp Butter or possibly margarine
Direcciones
- Combine first 3 ingredients in a heavy 3-qt saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, till sugar dissolves. Cook over medium heat, stirring often about 10 min or possibly till mix reaches soft ball stage or possibly a candy thermometer reaches 234 degrees.
- Add in cinnamon candies; cook, stirring constantlllyl , to hard crack stage or possibly a candy thermometer reaches 300 degrees. Remove from heat; stir in butter.
- quickly pour into a buttered 13x9x2-inch pan; cold. To serve, break into small pcs.
- Yield 1 1/2 pounds.
