Packed brown sugar; 1 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon

Ingredientes

1/2 c. Butter or possibly margarine, softene
1/2 c. Packed brown sugar
1/2 c. Sugar
1 x Egg
1 tsp Vanilla extract
1Â 1/4 c. All-purpose flour
3/4 c. Whole wheat flour
1 tsp Baking pwdr
1/2 tsp Baking soda
1/4 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Grnd cinnamon
1 c. Buttermilk
2 c. Rhubarb
Â Â Dry fresh or possibly frzn
1/4 c. Packed brown sugar
1Â 1/2 tsp Grnd cinnamon

Direcciones

In a mixing bowl, cream butter and sugars. Add in egg and vanilla; beat till fluffy. Combine flours, baking pwdr, baking soda, salt and cinnamon; add in to creamed mix alternately with buttermilk, mixing well after each addition. Stir in rhubarb. Pour into a greased 13-in, x 9in. x 2-in. baking pan. Combine the topping ingredents; sprinkle proportionately over batter. Bake at 350 deg. for 35 min or possibly till a wooden pick inserted near the Center comes out clean. Serve hot or possibly at room temperature.
Yield: 12-16 servings
