- 2 lb Fresh rhubarb stalks,, sliced to 1-inch lengths
- 1Â 1/2 c. Orange juice
- 1/3 c. Clover honey
- Â Â Lowfat vanilla yogurt
- Â Â Cinnamon
Direcciones
- Simmer rhubarb, orange juice, and honey together in nonreactive pan for 8 min till rhubarb is tender when pierced with a fork. Remove from heat and cold till hot. Serve in bowls topped with dollops of yogurt.
