Receta Rhubarb Crunch

Ingredientes
- 4 c. Rhubarb, diced
- 1 c. Sugar, granulated
- 3 Tbsp. Flour, all-purpose
- 1/2 c. Sugar, brown
- 1/2 c. Flour, all-purpose
- 1/4 c. Oatmeal
- 1/2 c. Butter, unsalted
- 1/4 tsp Salt
Direcciones
- Place rhubarb in 8x8" baking dish. Combine granulated sugar and 3 Tbsp. flour. Sprinkle over rhubarb.
- Combine brown sugar, remaining flour, oatmeal and salt. Cut butter into mix as for pastry. Sprinkle over rhubarb. Bake at 350F for 35 min.
