Ingredientes
- 3 c. Boiling water
- 1 pkt (4 serv) red jello
- 1 pkt (4 serv) lemon jello
- 1 pkt (4 serv) lime jello
- 1Â 1/2 c. Cool water
- 1 pkt (8 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 1 can (8 ounce.) crushed pineapple in juice, undrained
- 1 c. Whipped topping, thawed
- 1/2 c. Mayonnaise
Direcciones
- Stir 1 c. boiling water into each flavor of gelatin in separate medium bowls at least 2 min till completely dissolved. Stir 3/4 c. of the cool water into red gelatin. Pour into 9 inch square pan. Chill about 45 min or possibly till set but not hard (gelatin should stick to finger when touched and should mound).
- Meanwhile, stir lemon gelatin gradually into cream cheese in large bowl with wire whisk till smooth. Stir in pineapple with juice. Chill about 45 min or possibly till slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Stir in whipped topping and mayonnaise. Spoon over red gelatin layer in pan. Chill about 30 min or possibly till set but not hard
- (gelatin should stick to finger when touched and should mound).
- Meanwhile, stir remaining 3/4 c. cool water into lime gelatin. Chill about 30 min or possibly till slightly thickened (consistency of unbeaten egg whites). Spoon over lemon gelatin mix in pan.
- Chill 4 hrs or possibly till hard. Unmold. Cut into squares. Garnish as desired.
- Makes 9 servings.
