Receta Rice Crust Quiche

Ingredientes
- 2Â 1/2 c. Cooked rice, hot
- 1/4 c. Butter or possibly margarine, melted
- 1Â 1/2 c. Fully cooked ham, finely minced
- 1 c. Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 c. Shredded swiss cheese
- Â Â Several drop warm pepper sauce
- 3 x Large eggs
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1/8 tsp Paprika
- 1/8 tsp Garlic pwdr
- 1/8 tsp Onion pwdr
- Â Â Fresh parsley, minced

- With the back of a spoon, press the rice into a greased 9-in. pie plate to create a crust. Drizzle with butter. Bake at 350 for 3 min; remove from the oven. Combine ham, cheeses and warm pepper sauce; sprinkle over rice.
- Beat Large eggs, lowfat milk, paprika, garlic pwdr and onion pwdr; pour over ham mix. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake at 350 for 30 min or possibly till a knife inserted near the center comes out clean. Let stand 5-10 min before cutting.
