Receta Rice Dressing, Prejean Style

Ingredientes
- 1Â 1/2 lb Grnd round or possibly hamburger
- 2 med Onions, diced
- 1 x Bell pepper, diced
- 1 x Clove garlic, cut fine
- 1/2 c. Minced green onion
- 1Â 1/2 c. Cooked rice
- 1/2 can Cream of mushroom soup
- Â Â Salt, pepper">pepper, red pepper">pepper, garlic salt & onion salt to taste
- 1 Tbsp. Dry parsley
Direcciones
- Simmer meat, diced onions, garlic, green pepper, parsley, green onions and seasonings till completely brown. Drain off excess fat. Add in a little water and simmer till onions and green peppers and water are cooked down
- (approximately 1/2 hour or possibly longer if necessary). You can keep adding a little water to keep ingredients from sticking till everything is cooked.
- Add in mushroom soup and simmer till just moist sufficient to add in rice. Mix desired amount of rice according to your taste.
- Serves 6 to 8.
