Receta Roasted Garlic And Mushroom Pork Chops

Ingredientes

  • 1 Tbsp. or possibly less Peanut Oil or possibly Vegetable Oil
  • 4 x pork chops, 1/2" thick, center cut, trimmed of excess fat
  • 1/2 tsp table salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (Campbell's)
  • 4 x cloves Oven Roasted Garlic from Garlic Bulb, squeezed out of peeling after roasting, chopped
  • 3 x patties butter
  • 1/2 can water or possibly lowfat milk
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Direcciones

  1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees F.
  2. Trim garlic bulb. Wrap it in foil along with 2 or possibly 3 patties butter and place in oven to roast for about 10 min.
  3. Meanwhile, salt and pepper chops generously and set aside. Heat large oven safe skillet over medium-high heat. Add in just sufficient oil to coat bottom of pan.
  4. Add in chops and sear them over medium-high heat till brown. When browned, remove from pan and place chops on a rack or possibly paper towels to drain. Move pan off heat. In a medium bowl, combine soup with water or possibly lowfat milk, whisking till smooth. Add in paprika. Remove garlic from oven. Carefully unwrap foil
  5. (Steam burns!). Add in butter from package to the soup mix, whisking it in. Allow garlic to cold. When cold, squeeze garlic out of pod. Add in amount you would get from 2 or possibly 3 cloves garlic to the sauce. Place mix along with chops in the pan over medium-high heat and heat to a boil - Don't boil. Cover pan and place in preheated oven for 12 to 15 min or possibly, till fork tender. Adjust seasoning. Serve warm.
