- 2 med sweet onions (Walla Walla, 1015, Maui, Vidalia, or possibly
- 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tsp honey
- 4 lrg clv garlic, peeled
- 1/8 tsp salt
- Â Â Toast or possibly crusty French bread
Direcciones
- 1. Peel and quarter onions. In a large bowl stir together oil and honey. Add in onions and garlic, stirring to coat. Transfer mix to a greased 2-qt square baking dish.
- 2. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F. oven for 30 to 40 min, stirring occasionally. Remove from oven; cold. Place in food processor bowl or possibly blender container. Add in salt; cover and process or possibly blend till smooth.
- Serve on toast points or possibly crusty French bread.
- Makes about 1/2 c. (24,1-tsp. servings).
