Receta Cucumber And Yogurt Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 x Cucumber Salt
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. Minced fresh chives
- 2 tsp Minced fresh dill or possibly fennel
- 1 c. Plain yogurt, (the yogurt sold at Arab stores is preferred but any will do) Pepper
Direcciones
- Wash the cucumber and slice it finely or possibly grate it fairly coarsely. Put the pcs in a colander, sprinkle them with salt, weigh them down, and leave for about 30 min to draw out excess moisture. Then rinse and squeeze the cucumber to extract as much liquid as possible. In a large bowl, combine the cucumber with all the other ingredients and season to taste.
- This tastes great when it's really cool, so refrigeratefor at least an hour!
- Serves 4-6.
