Receta Rotini Pasta Bake

Ingredientes
- 1 x (16 oz) package rotini pasta
- 1/2 lb grnd beef
- 1 tsp diced onion
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp grnd black pepper
- 1 x (28 oz) jar spaghetti sauce
- 3 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
Direcciones
- 1 In a large pot cook rotini pasta in boiling salted water till al dente.
- Drain.
- 2 Cook grnd turkey or possibly beef in medium skillet till brown. Add in the diced onion, salt and pepper. Fold in half of the jar of spaghetti sauce.
- 3 In a large bowl add in the browned beef mix to the liquid removed pasta and stir in the second half of the of spaghetti sauce. Pour mix into a 2 qt baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
- 4 In a preheated 425 degree F (230 degree C) oven bake for 20 min. Remove foil, sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese and return to oven for 5 - 10 min. Serve hot.
