Ingredientes
- 1/2 c. dark rum
- 1 c. sliced almonds
- 1 c. golden brown raisins
- 1/2 c. whipping cream, whipped
- Ladyfingers
Direcciones
- Boil till thick, stirring constantly. Pour rum over raisins and almonds. Let stand several hrs. Prepare pudding, cold. Blend in whipped cream. Line glass bowl with ladyfingers split - layer pudding, raisin mix, ladyfingers. Top with additional whipped cream if you like. Serves: 8 to 10.
