Ingredientes
- 30 cloves garlic
- 1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 4 T white wine vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Blanch the cloves of garlic in boiling water for 5 min then plunge into cold water. Drain and fold in everything else. Allow to set for 9 days before serving.
