- Â Â Frzn banana slices, 1/2" thick
- Â Â Frzn raspberries
- Â Â Frzn blueberries
- Â Â Frzn peach slices
- Â Â Sugar to taste
- Â Â (choose one)
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract per batch
- 2 Tbsp. Chocolate syrup per batch
- Â Â (choose one)
- Â Â Lowfat milk
- Â Â Orange juice
- Â Â Flavored yogurt
- Â Â (peach, vanilla, lemon, etc.)
Direcciones
- In a blender combine the fruit with the sugar, the chosen flavoring and sufficient of the chosen liquid to barely cover the fruit. Blend till smooth. Taste to adjust seasoning. Garnish with a strawberry and a sprig of mint.
