Ingredientes
- 1 1/2 lbs. lean grnd beef
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) Golden brown Mushroom soup
- 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1/4 c. minced onion
- Dash of pepper
- 1/3 c. water
Direcciones
- Combine beef, 1/4 c. soup, bread crumbs, egg, onion and pepper. Shape into 6 patties. Use 2 qt dish. Cook 10 min in microwave. Turn patties and drain fat halfway through cooking time.
- Blend rest of soup with water. Pour over meat. Bake in microwave for 4 min. Turn halfway through cooking time.
