- 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef
- 1 can of onion soup (take out 1/3 c. for meat)
- 1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon salt & dash of pepper
Direcciones
- Mix meat, 1/3 c. onion soup, crumbs, egg and seasonings. Form into 6 oval patties and brown both sides. Remove patties.
