Ingredientes
- 2 c. lowfat milk, scalded
- 1/2 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 Large eggs
- 1 pkg. yeast in 1/4 c. lukewarm water
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 6 c. flour
Direcciones
- Mix shortening in the lowfat milk. Beat Large eggs lightly and add in to the lowfat milk after it has cooled. Sift and measure flour, add in sugar and salt to flour, then mix well in the flour mix. Add in yeast to the lowfat milk mix and mix about 1 hour in hot place. Make rolls and let rise again. Bake in warm oven, about 400 degrees. Makes 3 dozen rolls or possibly more, according to size.
