Receta Salmon And Pasta Primavera

Ingredientes
- 8 ounce uncooked linguine pasta
- 2 c. sugar snap peas
- 2 Tbsp. Butter
- 1 lb Salmon fillet (or possibly one 15-ounce. Can Bumble Bee salmon)
- 1Â 1/2 c. fresh mushrooms
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 3 Tbsp. Flour
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dill weed
- 1/4 tsp each of Thyme and Rosemary
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1/4 c. heavy cream
Direcciones
- Cook pasta according to package directions, adding sugar snap peas during the last 3-4 min. Drain. Bake salmon, flake, and set aside. In a large skillet, heat butter, add in mushrooms and onion; saute/fry 3 - 4 min. Whisk together broth, flour, salt and herbs; add in wine and cream; gently stir in salmon. Cook till heated through. Serve over pasta and snap peas.
