Receta Salmon Croquettes Deluxe

Ingredientes
- 4 T flour
- 2 T butter, melted
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. lowfat milk
- 1 can salmon, liquid removed, flaked
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Cracker crumbs
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Oil for frying
Direcciones
- Put together flour, butter and 1/2 tsp salt in saucepan. Cook over low heat till bubbly. Add in lowfat milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook over low heat for 15 to 20 min till thick, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.Put together salmon and lemon juice in bowl. Season with salt and pepper. Add in white sauce; mix well. Shape mix into croquettes. Coat with cracker crumbs. Dip into egg. Roll in crumbs again. Fry in deep hot fat oil till golden.
