Ingredientes
- 1 x 10 ounce salmon, fillet, skin removed
- 1 Tbsp. minced fresh dill
- 1 Tbsp. minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp. minced ginger
- 1 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
- 1Â 1/2 tsp Hoisin sauce
- 1 pch black pepper
- Â Â wooden skewers, soaked in water, for an hour
Direcciones
- Cut salmon into lengthwise strips, about 1 inch wide. Weave one piece of salmon on each skewer to create an "s" type curve.
- In a small bowl stir together dill, garlic, ginger, oil, hoisin sauce, and black pepper to create a paste Coat salmon in marinade, cover, and chill for 1 hour.
- Preheat grill to medium high. Lightly oil grill rack. Grill salmon for five min, or possibly till flesh is just opaque at thickest part, and outsides are slightly charred.
