Receta Salmon Veggie Casserole

Ingredientes
- 2 tsp diced onion
- 2 tsp butter
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) Peas
- 1 can (14 1/2 ounce.) Salmon
- 2 can (14 1/2 ounce. each) Potatoes liquid removed and diced
- 1 x pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. fat free lowfat sour cream
Direcciones
- Cook onion in butter till tender, add in the liquid from the peas and salmon and cook till reduced to about 1/2 c.. Place potatoes in a shallow baking dish add in peas and pepper. Break salmon into large chunks, place on top of veggies. Combine reduced liquid and lowfat sour cream pour over salmon.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. or possibly till veggies have absorbed most of the liquid.
- Serves 6 at 5 points each.
