- All ingredients quantities subject to taste. Mix yogurt with a little water (sufficient to make it runny) and garlic, that has been crushed with salt. Set aside.
- Cut peeled potatoes very thin to resemble matchsticks. Fry the sticks in a small amount of oil. Drain, then set on platter. Heat butter, add in cayenne pepper and mix together. Pour yogurt mix over french fries. Add in melted butter mix over all. Taught this dish while an exchange student in Antayla, Turkey.
