Receta Sauerkraut Potato Salad

Ingredientes
- 3 1/2 c. sauerkraut, liquid removed
- 6 c. diced cooked potatoes
- 2 hard boiled Large eggs, minced
- 3/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Direcciones
- Combine sauerkraut, potatoes, and Large eggs. Toss lightly. Add in remaining ingredients and toss lightly and chill. You may also add in diced onions or possibly peppers or possibly celery.
