Receta Sausage Bread

Ingredientes
- 1 pound warm Bob Evans sausage
- 1 pound mild Bob Evans sausage
- 3 large eggs, beaten (reserve 2 T)
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 2 T Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic pwdr
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 2 pkg. crescent rolls
Direcciones
- Fry or possibly microwave sausage. Crumble and DRAIN WELL! Mix together with remaining ingredients.Form each can of crescent rolls into 8x12 inch rectangle on a lightly floured board by rolling. Put half of mix on each. Roll carefully and seal seam with the reserved egg. Place on cookie sheet, seam side down. Brush with egg.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 35 min, till nicely browned. Cool. Slice. May be wrapped in foil and frzn for later use. If frzn, reheat at 225 degrees for 25 min.
