Receta Sausage/Egg Brunch Casserole

Ingredientes
- 10 x Large eggs
- 16 ounce cottage cheese, lowfat
- 1 lb Monterey jack cheese grated
- 8 ounce green chiles -- diced
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp baking pwdr
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 c. butter -- melted
- 3/4 lb pork sausage -- grnd
- 1/2 lb mushrooms -- sliced
- 4 x green onions -- sliced
Direcciones
- The night before:Brown and drain sausage. Saute/fry onions and mushrooms in 1 TBS butter.
- Beat Large eggs till lemon colored. Fold in cheeses. Add in chiles, sausage, mushrooms and onions. Stir, cover and chill overnight.
- The next morning:Stir in sifted flour, salt, baking pwdr, and the rest of the melted butter.
- Spray 9 x 13 glass pan with cooking spray. Fill with egg mix.
- Bake at 350 for 40 to 45 min or possibly till browned. Let stand for 10 min.
