Receta Sausage Gravy

Ingredientes
- 1 pound bulk pork sausage
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 tbsp. butter
- 2 tbsp. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Pepper to taste
- Warm biscuits, split
Direcciones
- In a large skillet, cook pork sausage till browned, breaking it apart as it cooks. Add in onion and cook a minute longer. Pour off excess fat. Stir in butter. Reduce heat and quickly stir in flour. Slowly add in lowfat milk, stirring constantly. Cook till gravy is thickened. Stir in additional lowfat milk if a thinner gravy is desired. Add in spices. Serve over warm biscuits.
