Ingredientes
- 1 med Onion, minced
- 1 med Green pepper, minced
- 1 Tbsp. Oil
- 1 med Tomato, minced
- 1 lb Fresh spinach, stems removed
- 3/4 tsp Salt
- 1/8 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 c. Peanut butter
Direcciones
- Cook and stir onion and green pepper in oil in 3-qt saucepan till onion is tender. Add in tomato and spinach. Cover and simmer till spinach is tender, about 5 min. Stir in salt, pepper and peanut butter. Heat just till warm.
