Receta Sausage Macaroni & Cheese

Ingredientes
- 1 (8 ounce.) elbow macaroni
- 1 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. flour
- 2 c. lowfat milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 12 ounce. pkg. sausage links
Direcciones
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cook and drain macaroni. Pan fry sausage. Remove and drain. In a 2 qt casserole dish, alternate layers of cheeses, macaroni and sausage, ending with sausage on top.
- Prepare Sauce: Heat butter, blend in flour, stir in lowfat milk and seasonings. Bring to boil, stirring. Boil one minute. Pour sauce over casserole mix. Bake 15 min. Serves 6 to 8.
