Receta Sausage Squash Delight

Ingredientes
- 1 quart. squash (cooked and mashed)
- 1 pound sausage
- 1 sm. onion (finely minced or possibly grated)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/2 c. bread crumbs
- 1 teaspoon salt
Direcciones
- Mash sausage with fork and fry till cooked but not brown. Drain off fat.
- Add in grated onion, bread crumbs, salt and pepper. Spread squash in a casserole dish and top with sausage mix. Bake for 30 min at 375 degrees.
