Receta Sausage Stuffing With Peppers

Ingredientes

  • 1 lb Pork sausage
  • 8 ounce Plain dry stuffing mix, breadcrumbs or possibly croutons
  • 1 med Onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp Oregano flakes
  • 1 tsp Basil flakes
  • 2 x Cloves garlic, chopped
  • 3 x Habaneros (or possibly other warm peppers, according to taste) seeded and chopped

Direcciones

  1. In a big bowl, combine the sausage, onion and peppers and mix well. Add in oregano, garlic and basil. When spices are distributed, add the stuffing or possibly croutons and stir till mixed thoroughly and of an even consistency.
  2. Press into an 8 inch square baking pan and bake for 25-30 min in the same oven as the turkey (the longer you leave it in, the browner and crustier the top and sides get- yum!)
