Receta Saute Shrimp

Ingredientes
- 1 c. butter
- 1 pound peeled and deveined shrimp
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 1 sm. green pepper, minced
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 (8 ounce.) spaghetti
- 1/2 c. grated Romano cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- Minced parsley
Direcciones
- In a skillet, heat butter over medium heat, add in shrimp, mushrooms, green pepper, garlic and saute/fry shrimp till pink, about 3 to 5 min. Cook spaghetti, drain, put on serving platter. Top with shrimp mix, sprinkle with cheese, salt, pepper and parsley. Garnish with lemon slice.
