Receta Sauteed Kohlrabi And Apples

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 4 sm kohlrabi peeled, and
- Â Â cut into thin slices
- 1 x Granny Smith tart apple cored, and
- Â Â cut into thin wedges
Direcciones
- Heat 1 Tbsp. butter in a non-stick skillet. Saute/fry the kohlrabi slices till they are bright green (about 5 min). In a separate skillet, saute/fry the apple wedges in the remaining margarine till softened and slightly browned (about 5 min). Toss with the kohlrabi and serve immediately.
